Welcome. I am Aron Pilhofer, and I write here. Not often, but often enough.

I am making the change to Ghost from my previous site at Medium for a few reasons:

One, Ghost is awesome. It is an amazing platform, and all the things Medium should be.

Two, Ghost is owned by a non-profit, mission-driven foundation, not a VC-backed startup like Medium. There was lots to like about Medium when it first launched, but I worry about it over the long term.
